About me

Hi, I'm Kiran Seth, a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Mental Health First Aid Trainer with over 30 years of experience in mental health services.

My journey has taken me across various settings such as the NHS, voluntary sector, and my own private practice, supporting individuals through both brief and long-term therapy. Throughout my career, my focus has always been to guide my clients towards positive change, helping them navigate through their personal and professional life challenges.

I specialise in cross-cultural counselling, assisting clients with challenges such as cultural identity, inter-cultural marriages, and intergenerational issues. I offer multilingual counselling and have established various support groups and projects for diverse communities.

In addition, as a clinical supervisor, I work with other psychotherapists, clinical psychologists, PhD students, and both trainee and qualified counsellors. My supervision style is compassionate and supportive, helping you grow in your practice and learn from different modalities.

Above all, my approach to therapy comes from a place of understanding and support. I believe in empowering you to find the solutions within, guiding you to realise your potential. I'm not here to stand above you with answers but beside you as we explore, to help you learn and grow.

Let's begin your journey towards positive change today.
